It doesn't quite make rules written in blood, but it does require a two thirds majority to change, so the Govt would have to be pretty serious and unanimous to change it.<br> <br> I like your idea of a phone in.<br> <br> I'm a revolutionary socialist. I believe change will come as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer: there will be so many more of us than them , that political change will become not inevitable, but certainly a whole lot easier.
